Krafty Kitchen + Bar is a new restaurant in town not only wowing patrons with their amazing culinary expertise and service as well as with their commitment to supporting their local community.
It is not hard to see why they are such a great company with dedication to offering people a dining experience that truly connects the consumer to the fresh markets and local foods and wines of the Okanangan. Their Farm to Table philosophy is truly ensuring that the food is of high quality, fresh and in season.
Along with the great food and experience Krafty Kitchen + Bar is offering, they want to make a difference in the community. They have decided to add Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs to their short list of charities to support. This support goes far beyond money.....with a variety of projects and events they are coming on board with.
"Most recently Krafty Kitchen + Bar donated a dining experience for 10 for the Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs Online Auction being held in late November. They have offered to help provide the breakfast including donating the food, expertise and time to the 1st Annual Pink Shirt Day Breakfast Launch Event being held at the Laurel Packing House on February 25th. They have also expressed interest in working on developing a Chef's Training program for Youth in the Okanagan. Details are all being ironed out for this project however it is an exciting opportunity for the youth in our community to learn from the expertise of Top Chef and owner Chris Shaften and Philippe C Grandbois, International Consultant and Beverage expert. We are so excited to have them working with us." Richelle Leckey, Event Coordniation at Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs.
Stay tuned for more amazing projects with Krafty Kitchen + Bar.
